ParticleEmitter

public final class ParticleEmitter

Simulates one Snowstorm emitter the way Blockbench's Wintersky preview does: emitter variables, live particles, then spawning, then the emitter lifetime. Shape offsets and initial velocity follow the emitter's rotation at spawn time. Not thread-safe; one owner ticks it.
