withdrawBedrockOutputs

Withdraws both relay artifacts after an ordinary conversion failure. The conversion may have been unable to delete a locked local file, so this is deliberately unconditional instead of deriving relay state from disk. Cancellation does not call this path and therefore retains last-good data.
