Recursively delete a directory tree. Kept as a public static helper because ThirdPartyResourcePack uses it when assembling cluster temp folders — extracting it into resourcepackmanager-mixer would force ThirdPartyResourcePack (a Bukkit-side class) to depend on the mixer internal API.
