Returns whether a mixer entry is owned by an integration whose compatible_plugins/*.yml file has isEnabled: false.

The mixer also accepts arbitrary user-provided ZIPs. Without this explicit ownership check, a generated integration ZIP left behind by an older enabled run is indistinguishable from a manual ZIP and is merged again even though the integration is disabled.
