Premade Powers List

A boss can have one or several powers. We recommend you keep the amount under 5. A full list of powers can be found in the ~/plugins/EliteMobs/powers folder after the plugin is installed on a server.

The following list contains 89 documented powers. Additional custom powers can be created using the Elite Script system, and some dungeons come bundled with their own unique powers not listed here.

Power Implementation Types

EliteMobs powers are implemented in two ways:

Java-Based Powers: These powers have both a Java class implementation and a YAML configuration file. The YAML file contains settings like cooldowns, particle effects, and other parameters, but the core logic is in compiled code. Most powers in this list are Java-based.

EliteScript Powers: These powers are entirely defined in YAML using the EliteScript system. They can be fully customized by editing the YAML files without requiring Java programming knowledge. Powers implemented via EliteScript include: attack_blinding, attack_confusing, attack_fire, attack_freeze, attack_gravity, attack_poison, attack_weakness, attack_web, attack_wither, bullet_hell, corpse, invisibility, invulnerability_fire, and moonwalk.


Elite Script Format

Note that some of the powers are in the Elite Script format, and can be customized.

Here is an example of the attack_blinding.yml power and how it is formatted using the Elite Script format:

This feature enables you to fully customize the attack_blinding.yml power. You can specify which potion effect should be applied, the duration of the effect, the target, and the event that triggers the boss to use the power.
